Resuming a canceled subscription

If you’ve canceled and changed your mind, you can undo it any time before your access ends.

How to resume

Go to Settings, under Subscription, and choose Resume subscription. That’s it. The cancellation is off and your subscription carries on.

Nothing to set up again

Resuming picks your subscription up exactly as it was. There’s no checkout to go through and nothing to set up again.

After the end date

Resume is only there until the date your access runs out. Once that passes, the subscription is over, and starting again means a new one.

Your records are still there either way, for 90 days. See when your access ends.

If your payment was paused

A subscription put on hold because a payment failed isn’t the same thing, and it comes back differently: update your card and it picks up where it left off. See if a payment doesn’t go through.

If the person who paid has left

There’s no Resume subscription then. That subscription belongs to someone who is no longer in the household, and bringing it back would start charging their card again. See if the person paying leaves.
