If the person paying leaves your household

A subscription belongs to the person paying for it, not to the household. When they leave, it ends.

What happens to your access

The subscription is canceled at the end of the period already paid for, and nobody is charged again. Everything works as normal until that date, for everyone still in the household. The Subscription tab shows the date, marked Ending, and the new owner gets an email with the date and what to do about it.

Keeping the household subscribed

Someone still in the household has to start a new subscription. There’s no way to take over the old one, and the household owner is the one who can do it.

What it will cost

The usual price, the same one on the pricing page. Nothing carries over from the person who left, and nothing extra is charged for taking over.

If nobody subscribes in time

Nothing is deleted. The household’s records stay put for 90 days and the export keeps working throughout. See when your access ends.
