How to cancel your subscription

Canceling stops your subscription renewing. You keep Quidough until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

How to cancel

Go to Settings, under Subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. Quidough shows you the date your access runs until, then asks you to confirm.

Your access after canceling

Nothing changes on the day you cancel. Everything works exactly as it did, for everyone in the household, until the end date arrives.

The subscription screen shows that date, marked Canceled.

Refunds

Canceling stops the next payment. It doesn’t refund the period you’re already in, because you keep using Quidough until that period ends. Our refund policy has the detail.

If you change your mind

Up to the end date, the same screen offers Resume subscription. One tap puts things back at the price you were paying. See resuming a canceled subscription.

When the date arrives

Your access ends, and nothing is deleted. Your household’s records stay put and your export keeps working. See when your access ends for how long.
