- Is the price on the page what I’ll pay?
- Yes, in your own currency: checkout charges in euros, pounds, or dollars depending on where you live, whichever you’re viewing here. In the EU and the UK, tax is included. In the US, sales tax varies by state, so it’s added at checkout, and you see the total before you pay.
- Who counts as my household?
- Everyone who shares your money life. One subscription covers the household as a unit: each person gets their own sign-in, and accounts stay marked as yours, theirs, or shared. The price is never per person, and inviting someone costs nothing.
- Can I switch between yearly and monthly?
- Yes, either way, and it takes effect right away. Time you’ve already paid for isn’t lost: it becomes credit that quietly pays your next bills until it runs out, though it isn’t paid back as cash if you later cancel. You’ll see the exact figures before you agree.
- Will my price change without warning?
- No. If prices ever change, you’ll hear it from us first, by email, with the reasoning and the date, before anything takes effect. Never from a receipt.
- What happens if I stop?
- Cancel in two taps; you keep everything until the end of what you’ve paid for. If your access lapses, your data stays put for 90 days, and export works the whole time. Delete your household, and it’s gone for good.
- Who sees my payment details?
- Paddle runs checkout and billing as the seller of record. It sees your email, your payment method, and where you are for tax. It never sees anything inside your ledger.
