Your invoices and payment method

Your invoices and the card you pay with are in the same place: Settings, under Subscription.

Who handles the money

Quidough doesn’t process payments itself. A payment company called Paddle takes care of checkout and billing, which is how most subscriptions work, so both Invoices and Payment method hand you over to them.

They see your email address and your payment method. They never see anything inside your ledger, and Quidough never sees or stores your card.

Your invoices don’t go away

You can still open Invoices after canceling, and download receipts for anything you’ve paid for.

If a payment has failed

There are two ways to the card form: the button on the subscription screen itself, and the link in the emails we send, which opens the form without asking you to sign in. See if a payment doesn’t go through.
