# Tell us what it's about.

Pick the closest fit and we'll start your message for you, and show you any answer we already have. It goes straight to hello\@quidough.com.

Pick the topic closest to what you need, write a message and send it. It goes to <hello@quidough.com>, and a person reads it.

### Using Quidough

**The guide explains how Quidough works.** It's written in plain words and kept up to date. If it didn't answer you, that's on us: tell us what was missing and we'll answer, then fix the page. [Open the guide](https://quidough.com/help)

### Your subscription

**Paddle runs checkout. We run everything else.** Paddle handles our payments, so your statement may show their name, and they can look up any order at paddle.net. For plans, invoices, or switching between yearly and monthly, write to us. [Look up an order](https://paddle.net)

### Something isn't working

**Let's get it working again.** The Help page answers a few common ones, like a sign-in code that never arrived or a change that couldn't sync. If yours isn't there, the prompts in the message tell us what we need. [Open Help](https://quidough.com/help)

### An idea

**Every idea gets read.** We won't promise a date, and we'll tell you honestly if something isn't a fit for a calm household ledger. Tell us the problem first, then the feature.

### Your data

**You don't need to ask us.** You can download all your data yourself, anytime, from Settings. If you're the household's owner, you can delete the household there too. If something is in the way, or you have a privacy question, write to us. [Read about exporting](https://quidough.com/help/how-to-export-your-data)

### Something else

**All welcome.** Press, partnerships, a question that fits nowhere, or a kind word. They all land in the same inbox and get the same care.

Quicker answers

## Worth putting in your message.

None of it is required. Each one means we can answer the first time instead of writing back with a question.

1. ### The email you sign in with

If you're writing from a different address, this is how we find your household without asking.

2. ### What you were doing

And if something broke: which device, which browser, and what you expected to happen instead.

3. ### A screenshot

When something looks wrong, a picture says it faster than a paragraph. Cover any amounts you'd rather keep to yourself.

**Never send a card number or a sign-in code.** We'll never ask for either. If an email that looks like ours does, it isn't from us.
